Installation and Cutover 
The account professional serves as project manager for the installation and cutover of your new system.  At a time convenient to the clients’ staff and prior to the installation date, orientation and or training will be provided to the staff.  The new system will be configured for the clients’ environment so that it is immediately operational.  US-TECH, LLC personnel will be on-hand when the client’s staff first begins to use the new system to provide additional user training.
 
Training 
US-TECH, LLC recognizes that proper training of all our clients’ personnel is crucial to our client being able to fully use their systems.  Therefore, US Technologies training is tailored to the specific needs of each client.  Detailed training is provided to system administrators, full training is provided to key operations personnel, and major operational feature training is provided to end users.  To accommodate changes in personnel and changes in how our clients can most effectively use their systems, our training program is provided for the Life of the System! We want to ensure that our clients are getting full value for their investment.
