Not only was he superior in communicating with our office staff about the use and controls of our new phones but took the time to answer all of our questions. He was extremely polite and personable. I wanted to make certain that someone from the company knew how we felt as a whole in the way that our system was set in place, and the way we were advised on the use and functionality of the new system.
